First of all, all the latest properties for sale are posted on the site daily and they post the developers contact of each property with it, so the agent can get the direct contact number of the developers,that way as an agent you can discuss with developer and negotiate your commission directly without involving or sharing with any other agents.

Also when you as an agent make a sale, you keep all the commission. Agentdeveloperconnect does not take anything from you.As long as you are a subscribed member, you keep all the commssion, nobody shares it with you.

Thirdly; the direct address for where each property is located is posted up with it, so you dont need anybody to tell you where it is. You can find it yourself and take your clients there yourself without other agents involved.
